Where to find gacha in Nagoya

Nagoya's gacha shops and arcades are concentrated in two places: the downtown area of Sakae and Osu, and the station area of Meieki. If you only have an afternoon, go to Osu.

Osu and Sakae

Osu shopping street, next to Osu Kannon temple, is Nagoya's mix of anime shops, second-hand stores and street food, with several gacha shops and arcades along the covered arcades. Walk north to Sakae and you reach the department stores and malls around Oasis 21 and the underground shopping streets, which have more gacha shops. Chains here include #C-pla, gashacoco, Gachagacha no Mori, Dream Capsule and a Gashapon Department Store.

The underground malls and towers around Nagoya Station have gacha corners and a couple of big arcades. Handy if you are changing trains.
